The US team would be a part of the email threads that would discuss important matters. The other teams complained that they were the last ones to be included in the emails to simply notify them of the solutions and decisions that had taken place. This way they did not get a chance to become a part of the discussions and just had to accept the solution that would be decided by James and US team.
